The 2022 La Chenade is a bold, juicy Lalande de Pomerol. Succulent dark cherry, plum, lavender, licorice and menthol are nicely pushed forward. Soft and open-knit, with terrific fruit purity, the 2022 is exceptionally beautiful and delicious, even in the early going. 04/2023

The 2022 La Chenade was picked between 1 and 9 September and raised in 30% new oak. This has a perfumed and floral bouquet, with iris and peony infusing the black and red fruit and a light marine influence in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, good depth, white pepper and clove filtering through the earthy fruit on the finish. So much character and personality in this Lalande-de-Pomerol. 04/2023

Très belle couleur sombre. Nez intense, fin, fruité, frais, mûr et pur. Minutieux en entrée de bouche, avec un corps délicat et juteux au milieu, le vin évolue savoureux, fruité, vers une finale mélangeant fondant et fermeté.
