This blanc de noirs is almost celebratory with its bright red fruits on the nose and exotic spicy accents. There's a layer of dried-rose perfume, too. The palate's more smoky, savory and has a wealth of cherry-fruit flavors. It manages to play savory spices beautifully into pristine lively fruit, combining great balance and finally an energetic finish. 10/2016
